Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for damaged products.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must also be in its original packaging.
Notification of Damage
- If your product is damaged, please notify us within 1 day of delivery.
- Along with your notification, you must provide proof of the damage. This should be in the form of an unboxing video showing the product’s condition as received.
Process for Exchange
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your unboxing video and a description of the damage.
- We will review your exchange request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item and receiving the replacement.
Shipping for Exchanges
- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
